The Faculty of Arts & Communication of the University of Holguín invites you to WEFLA - XIV International Congress on Foreign Languages, Communication and Culture. WEFLA 2020 will take place at the Hotel Club Amigo Atlántico-Guardalavaca on Cuba's northern coast. It will run parallel to the XIV International Seminar on Canadian Studies.

WEFLA and the Canadian Studies Seminar seek to foster international cooperation through the presentation of research findings and the discussion of experiences and best practices in the field of second and foreign language teaching, communication, cultural issues, as well as in Canadian Studies

The conference is supported by the Canadian Embassy to Cuba, Western University, the Universities of Trois Rivieres, Ottawa and Sherbrooke, St. Thomas University, the University of Toronto-Mississauga, the Facultad de Idiomas of the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Mexico, Civitas GES, and Educational Testing Service.
