History:

State University of Sonora (UES) is an institution created in 1983 with the goal of contributing to social progress of their country, responding to priorities for the development of the state of Sonora. The educational offerings of Undergraduate and Graduates, is taught in five cities strategically located in the state geography; San Luis Rio Colorado, Hermosillo, Navojoa, Magdalena and Benito Juárez.
